The team at Smith & Sons Wyong extended this home and the owners were very pleased:
We write this as a testimonial for the recent renovation completed by Ben Falconer and his team, John and Bailey, from Smith & Sons, Wyong.
From the start Ben was clear on what our renovations could achieve and, as people who have never undertaken such a large project, this was greatly appreciated.
Throughout the build Ben was generous with his time and his expertise. He was always available to go through the site with us, keeping us up to date on the progress made and on the timeframes.
Ben was open to discussion about any changes we wanted made and these tweaks have meant that our space now exceeds our original expectations. We appreciate the fact that Ben was clear when he thought a suggestion wouldn’t work and that, equally, he was willing to come up with a way to implement something that he hadn’t necessarily done in a renovation before.
The build itself was on time and on budget, even as we faced the floods and the Covid-19 pandemic of 2020, and it has been completed to the high standards of Ben, a perfectionist with a great level of skill, thorough industry knowledge, and a laser focus on the details, big and small.
We love our renovated home and would not hesitate to recommend Ben and his team.
