Everything went to plan, ran on the time schedule provided, we were constantly updated on what was happening and they brought the idea we had in our head for our new kitchen and entertaining area to life!

We had previously been warned by other people to watch out for variations or additional costs when renovating (through any company) but Smith & Sons had thought of everything in the initial price, including minor details we never would have thought about and the only additional costs were at our own request due to minor changes we wanted to add to our kitchen.

Smith and Sons were always happy to accommodate our needs even when it changed the plan in small ways.

We LOVE our new space, it feels like we have a completely new home!

I highly recommend Smith & Sons and wouldn’t work with anyone else when renovating!
