We are very happy living in our newly renovated home at Moffat Beach, Caloundra. Already 20 years into our retirement having lived in Brisbane in the same house for 49 years, it was a big decision for us to move permanently to the coast.

We had a small cottage we had used as a holiday home for 42 years, which needed an extensive renovation to make it suitable to live in permanently. This is where Simon came in. His eldest son was best mates with our grandson, so we were happy to accept a personal recommendation. Simon suggested excellent ideas, and we are thrilled with the overall result.

During the build Simon was obliging when we made changes along the way and he adjusted the quote as necessary. He coordinated the different tradesmen so the job ran smoothly and always kept us informed during the build as to what was happening.

Simon was always pleasant to deal with and his workmanship and that of his team were of a high standard.
