We cannot speak highly enough of Simon, his sons Callum and Kieran and the whole team behind Smith & Sons Caloundra who made our vision a reality!  We knew our home location was perfect but our house needed more space to accommodate a growing family.  We now have a spacious second storey extension including a lounge room, bedroom and bathroom that has blended in perfectly to our existing home.  

It was such a pleasure having the team work in our home as they were always courteous and respectful.  Throughout the whole project we always felt comfortable and at ease that everything was under control and we had nothing to worry about.  The timeframe and costs given for the project stayed on track and they were always very accommodating of any changes we would like made.  Simon’s choice of finishes in our bathroom were on trend and exceeded expectations.  The additional tradesman used were equally as courteous and respectful and they also spoke highly of the work Smith & Sons Caloundra do. 

We are extremely happy with our decision to use Smith & Sons Caloundra and would have no hesitation using them in the future and recommending them to everyone!
