We were recommended to Smith & Sons Kiama by a wonderful Project Manager and Interior Designer Jill Barker – Also we highly recommend.

 

Terry sat with us and discussed our requirements for a major renovation (with Jill in attendance) to a recently purchased property. They stated when they would commence and gave a date of completion, also a quotation of costs.

 

Throughout the whole project Terry and their crew were totally professional, honest, punctual, and excellent communicators.  We were unable to be at the site and the ‘can do” attitude and “nothing being too much trouble” from all was wonderful and we left it in their capable hands.  To say we were not disappointed is an understatement – we have been thrilled with the workmanship and results AND, amazingly –so I’m told by others who have renovated – the unheard of completion on time by builders!!
