Neil O’Brien of Smith & Sons Renovations & Extensions Avoca Beach was highly recommended to me by  a tradesman who was doing a very small job for me.

I was looking for someone to renew a deck at the front of my house and to completely renovate my very dated three way bathroom.  Neil was extremely professional and pleasant to deal with and his team of workers were a delight to have in the house – so polite and clean.

The new deck looks stunning and really adds to the look of the front of the house and makes it a great entertaining space.  The bathroom is so fresh looking and I just love the new bath with the niche above it (the niche with the feature tiles and lighting was Neil’s suggestion – thank you Neil).  The perfect place to soak and relax at the end of the day.
