COVID-19 Update
With the global impact of Coronavirus (COVID-19) growing each day across the globe, we just wanted to update everyone out there on how we are responding to all recent updates by minimising any impact on you our customers, our specialists and trades, plus friends and family so we can continue to deliver great service and provide you with a comfortable, safe and stylish home to live in.
First things first – yes, we are still open for business and in fact have been very busy, so if you are looking to renovate, please get in touch.
In regards to COVID-19, when working at your home, our builders have been briefed to follow very stringent processes to ensure your health and safety, their health and safety and those around are not compromised in any way. We will be informing all of our team to complete this by:
- Regularly washing hands
- Providing hand sanitiser, disposable wet wipes, paper towels, tissues and other necessary products for contractors on each project site
- Regularly disinfecting surfaces that the contractors come into contact with to ensure a clean work environment at all times
- Frequent communication with all contractors and employees on their health and advising any relevant information to customers immediately
- Carrying out all meetings, site visits and communications within the bounds of self-isolation and social distancing.
As yet we have not been affected by any supply issues and have been informed by our suppliers that they do not see this becoming an issue.
We of course recommend that you keep up to date with the latest news on the COVID-19 virus to keep you and your family and friends insulated from any infection.
