We honestly couldn’t recommend Smith & Sons highly enough. Travis and Karli were absolutely amazing from beginning to end.

What really sets them apart is their creativity. They didn’t just listen to what we wanted and build it up, they came to us with ideas and solutions that we never would have thought of ourselves, and those ideas completely transformed our home. Looking back at the before and after photos, it’s hard to believe it’s even the same space!

 

Travis and Karli are with you through the entire process. Communication was fantastic, we always knew what was happening, and we genuinely felt like they cared about the result as much as we did. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.

The quality of the workmanship is beautiful, but it’s their eye for design, attention to detail and ability to see the potential in a space that really impressed us. The exposed brick, fireplace and the way the living area now connects with the outdoor space are some of our favorite parts of the house.

 

Renovating can be stressful but having people you trust guiding you through it makes such a difference. We absolutely love what Travis and Karli created for us and would use Smith & Sons again without hesitation. Five stars doesn’t feel like enough!
