Once a small and outdated house, this residence has undergone a thorough modernisation of the living and shared areas. Our objective was to infuse new life into the space, enhancing openness and addressing the previous lack of space. The renovation included the expansion of living spaces, the creation of a spacious open-plan layout, and the addition of a new contemporary master bedroom suite featuring a generously sized walk-in closet and a revamped ensuite bathroom. All these enhancements were completed in anticipation of our clients' awaiting of their second child.

The renovation project included a clever rear extension that ingeniously repurposed the former patio area, resulting in ample space for the newly added luxurious master bedroom suite. Central to the design was the preservation of the original structure's integrity, while also maintaining the sizeable yard for the children to play. This masterful integration included the incorporation of a modern ensuite bathroom and a spacious, well-designed walk-in wardrobe. The transformation extended to the living and dining zones, as well as the bathroom, where each area was rejuvenated with fresh tiling, co-ordination within the entire home.

The kitchen, previously outdated and hindered by enclosure, was divided from the lounge by a wall. Given the family's needs with young children, a solution was essential to establish better flow within the home. The wall separating the two rooms was removed, creating a more expansive, open-concept space. The kitchen cabinetry was sourced elsewhere, necessitating effective communication and co-ordination with the other on-site builders to achieve the desired outcome safely. 

The chosen colour palette infuses the home with a renewed, refreshing ambience. Whites dominate, from the Marlin splash-back in the kitchen to the freshly painted walls. A tactile sense of warmth emanates from the timber kitchen cabinetry and bathroom vanities. Additionally, the soothing shade of Nile Sand, sourced from Beaumont Tiles, graces the home with tiles in a shade of light grey. Fixtures and fittings of exceptional quality were attained from Reece Plumbing. 

The timeline to finish this renovation before the impending arrival of our clients' second child created a sense of urgency. However, we approached the task with unwavering confidence and dedication, ensuring that the home was meticulously completed before the baby's arrival. We upheld our commitment, and now our clients can enjoy their family time in a like brand-new home tailored to their needs.
