This stunning renovated home, where the old has been replaced with a modern masterpiece has been tailored to meet our client's needs. This project involved demolishing the existing home to make way for a brand-new construction that encompasses both functionality and style.
Outside, the home is wrapped in James Hardie Cladding, whilst stepping inside, you are immediately greeted by an open plan living area that sets the tone for the entire home. The flooring boasts elegant hardwood, complemented by clean white walls that create an atmosphere of sophistication and serenity. Your eyes are drawn to a grand staircase that leads graciously to the upper floor, offering a panoramic view of both the downstairs and upstairs areas, thanks to the sleek glass panelling that lines the railing. This design choice lends an air of openness, making the home feel even more spacious.
From the vantage point upstairs, you can look down upon the inviting lounge and kitchen area, which serves as the heart of this home. The lounge room impresses with its generous size and seamless connection to the outdoor entertainment area, perfect for hosting gatherings and enjoying the fresh air. However, the true star of the show is the kitchen. It has been recognised for its excellence, being the 2019 Winner of the HIA Brisbane Region New Kitchen in the $30,001-$50,000 category, as well as a Finalist for the HIA Brisbane Region Kitchen of the Year.
The kitchen's cabinetry steals the spotlight with its darker shade of grey, creating a striking contrast against the white walls and adding depth to the overall design. The Laminex Essastone benchtop and matching splashback provide a beautiful contrast to the cabinetry, while balancing with the wooden accents found throughout the home. A creative solution our builders had come up with was to cleverly disguise a structural bream as a wooden feature, which effortlessly blended functionality with aesthetic appeal. Fixtures and power points are finished in sleek black, adding a touch of sophistication.
Behind the scenes, a hidden pantry discreetly conceals larger appliances and provides additional storage, maintaining the clean lines and uncluttered visual of the kitchen. As you ascend to the upper floor, you are greeted by amazing feature lights, high ceilings, and the cosy bedrooms that offer a peaceful retreat with carpeted floors. The bathroom continues the theme of black fixtures and wooden accents, with cabinetry that showcases the wood used throughout the home.
