Full Home Renovation
This project comprised of a split-level extension to the rear of the existing dwelling. The lower level had a bedroom and the main bathroom and was connected to the upper level by a small flight of stairs, The upper level contained another bedroom, a powder room with shower, and the main open plan area consisting of the kitchen with a large walk-in pantry, dining room and the living room. The open plan area flowed onto the alfresco area next to the pool and had a built in wood fire that was also part of the scope. The existing roof was replaced to marry into the new Colorbond roof.
