What an incredible transformation! We’re proud to showcase the stunning before-and-after photos of our Stratford renovation—an outstanding project that was even featured on Australia’s Best House!
This extensive renovation breathed new life into our clients’ home, creating a seamless blend of modern functionality and timeless charm. A major highlight was the lower-level build-under, which significantly expanded the home’s footprint. This new space now features a stylish kitchen, open-plan living and dining area, a beautifully designed bathroom, a dedicated media room, a fourth bedroom, a convenient storeroom, and a welcoming foyer and entrance.
Beyond the interiors, we enhanced the home’s street appeal with a brand-new front entry, porch, and veranda, as well as a striking new carport. At the rear, we crafted the ultimate outdoor retreat—an alfresco entertaining area and an expansive deck wrapping around the pool, perfect for the tropical Cairns lifestyle. The original home also received a refresh, including a brand-new ensuite, ensuring every inch of the property is both functional and visually stunning.
