We had a house that was under performing and had not been updated since the ‘60s for our growing family. The guys completely renovated the bathroom, kitchen and laundry with an added deck and updated garage/ pool house. Our renovations did grow quite quickly in size to meet building regulations and our needs. 

We chose Smith & Sons as the team had opened our mind to many different options that we hadn't thought of during the planning stage.   The Smith & Sons team were extremely easy to talk to and change options on our renovation journey. 

During these renovations, the team and crew had worked around us as we lived on-site. Which made the progress of the renovation run smoothly as there was a lot of questions and different ideas on what we wanted with the running of the build, at the same time having a newborn during the renovation.  There was a lot of support on making areas accessible and safe for us with our school aged children. The building team were professional and always on time and consistent.  The end result is amazing and made our lives more enjoyable for our growing family.
