My bathroom renovation by Smith and Sons has exceeded expectations in both the experience and outcome. From the planning stage, I wanted something bespoke that they hadn't attempted before. It's called a Roman Shower - a walk-in shower that converts into a bathtub.
The team embraced the challenge, from planning to execution, and the result is stunning! Throughout the build, Justin kept me updated on what was happening and any challenges that cropped up. All tradeis who came through arrived when expected, did their work, and cleaned up before leaving. The project ran to schedule and was completed at the shorter end of the estimate.
I could not be happier with the outcome. It is better than I imagined!
