We were nervous when thinking about renovating our bathroom, laundry and toilet. But we needed these spaces to be updated and accessible - so we went ahead.
In our first meeting with Travis he listened to what our needs were and came up with a plan that encompassed all those needs.
He was clear about timelines, costs, and expectations.
We were encouraged to ask questions no matter how big or small - which made us feel at ease.
Karli helped us decide on our colours and finishes.
And appropriate accessible rails, etc. were sourced.
Once work began we knew exactly what would be happening each day because it was clearly communicated to us.
The builders and tradespeople were very respectful of our home.
Is renovating hard? Yes but it was also kind of fun. Is it a bit messy? Yes.
But Smith and Sons made it as easy as possible.
We are very pleased with our new bathroom, laundry and toilet, and would recommend Smith and Sons Shepparton in a heartbeat.
