3 Storey Full Renovation
No stone was left unturned when renovating this 3-storey beachside home. The home was fully gutted from the ground up. The ground floor was redesigned to accommodate a new entrance, study, installation of a two-storey residential lift, kitchen, living and entertaining area, plus a separate studio/office completed the ground floor renovations. The second storey was designed as a cozy, easy living space. With careful planning and the addition of a kitchenette the client have everything they need on the one level, which includes sitting/lounge area, master bedroom, and a bespoke built-in nook for additional storage as well a reading space. The third level includes 2 bedrooms and bathroom.
By applying creative thinking and practical strategies we were able to achieve the desired outcome for our client - the perfect home for them to enjoy throughout their retirement years.
