Second Storey Addition
Our team completed this second storey addition for a growing family on the Gold Coast. The new second storey has provided the clients with two bedrooms with walk-in-robes, a bathroom and media room.
The lower level of the home has also been completely renovated. The new custom kitchen with butler’s pantry is finished in 2pac with Smartstone ‘Astral’ benchtops and printed glass splashback. New waterproof laminate floors have been installed throughout, ducted air-conditioning from T & L Air Conditioning, specialist LED lighting installed by our electrician Donny and Velux skylights which bring the staircase and kitchen to life. In most homes, the space under the staircase is used as storage but these clients have opted create a modern wine cellar in this space.
