In early 2022 we decided to look for builder on the Central Coast who could build an addition and make some renovations to our current home.

We were looking essentially, for an all-inclusive service whereby a group of professional could both design and complete the build we dreamed of.

It was not easy to find such a service on the Central Coast.  In our search we came across the Smith & Sons Group who referred us to Ben Falconer from the Smith & Sons Wyong franchise

Ben, partners with an architect Jak Rizzo who guided us through the design aspect of our renovation and project managed all the requirement with council.  Once all these approvals were complete Ben and his tradesmen took over and commenced the build and it was completed to a highly professional standard and well before the estimated completion date in the contract.
