Rarely do you have a good experience with a builder but to the contrary Smith & Sons were great!
 

Mark, Brett, Adrian and the team built our house on time and on budget.

The craftsmanship and attention to detail was exquisite. During the build we should have had delays, but the team managed to keep going by tarping over the frame whilst waiting for weather to pass and continued to build.

The communication during the design phase, the build and post completion was second to none.

A highly recommended builder !!
