In the initial consultation, we will work with you to understand what you are trying to achieve and within what budget. This allows us to alleviate the common issue whereby an architect or draftsperson provides plans for a project that when quoted by a builder, far exceed the client’s budget.
Once the plans and quote are finalised, we seek all the approvals necessary to bring your plans to life. Being locals and working primarily in the Georges River Council area, we understand what it takes to get this done efficiently and effectively.
Finally, the fun can begin! We have partnered with a range of suppliers including Harvey Norman Commercial Division, Bunnings Warehouse and Hardware & General, to bring you a range of high-quality products at competitive prices during the selections process. Of course, if you have a different supplier in mind, we will be more than happy to work with them.
When it comes to bringing your project to life, our team of licensed builders and carpenters will work alongside reputable tradespeople to ensure it is completed to the highest standard. Throughout this process, we will respect your home and communicate any updates with you along the way. From concept to completion, we make renovating easy!

Having lived in Oatley all his life, Kane also brings a wealth of knowledge around local conditions, council requirements and housing styles to the business.
Kane and Bec live in Oatley with their two young children, their Siberian Husky and their Aussie Shepherd. Like many locals, the Rayner family love how community orientated the area is and enjoy eating at local cafes and restaurants, playing at parks and strolling along the banks of Georges River.
