These clients were a typical Kiama family who had a reasonable house in a nice area but with the family expanding something had to give so they enlisted Smith & Sons to do a renovation & extension which gave them a great new living area leading out to an outdoor entertaining area also with some minor internal renovations which increased the house from a 3 bedroom to a 4 bedroom and also a full render to the existing and new addition.
