We are a busy family of five, two adults, two teenagers and one almost-a-teenager. Previously we had engaged with Darryl, Sam and the team to renovate our existing bathroom and laundry as well as re-stump the house. Our house used to be on the small side and we had well and truly outgrown it. 

Thanks to Smith & Sons we now have a brilliant home that we can all fit into comfortably and have our own space to enjoy. This time we added a new master bedroom complete with "book nook" ensuite and walk-in robe; new living and dining area, kitchen and butler's pantry - all with custom-made cabinetry; not to forget an extensive deck overlooking the backyard. There were no other builders that we even considered to do this work based on our previous experience with Smith and Sons.

Once again, from our first planning meeting through to completion, Darryl and Sam made the whole process very easy. As we progressed through the build the whole team were open to our suggestions and changes, which resulted in us having the home that we dreamed of. At every stage we have been impressed by the high quality workmanship and attention to detail. All tradesman who worked on our home were friendly and approachable, and fitted in and around our lifestyle. I would highly recommend Darryl, Sam and the whole Smith and Sons team to anyone who is looking to renovate or extend their home, no matter how big or small the job.
