We were desperate for trade staff to replace a patio pole which was snapped in half (by a neighbour's car). After initally logging a request via their internet page, Pedram contact me almost immediately that evening. 

Pedram was able to line up a carpenter to come out the next day, and thankfully the pole was replaced without any further incident.
