Thanks for the renovation you and your crew delivered. We got exactly what we had imagined and asked for. Given the range of obstacles (COVID, supply delays  and weather) we all faced in getting to the end of this job we are really happy with the outcome. Your communication with us was detailed and timely when delays occurred. When we had questions along the way they were answered and we didn’t feel stupid. When we had issues they were quickly dealt with. All the guys working on site (Callum and TJ, Gerry and all the subbies) were great and we’d be happy to recommend them to others. From our perspective, there were no aspects of delivering of our project which should be improved.
