My partner and I were recommended to contact Smith & Sons to help us with the total renovations of our house and it was the best advice we could have been given. We had the main design changes worked out but Smith & Sons helped refine them, had the drawings done and then quoted on the whole job. We also got other quotes from other builders for the same job and Smith and Sons were the lowest tender.

From beginning to end, the entire staff was wonderful to deal with, always on time, always friendly and helpful and very professional and thorough with their workmanship. As with any renovations we asked for extra things to be done and these variations were charged at a very reasonable rate.

We are thrilled with how it all worked out. We now have a home that we are truly proud of and it is largely due to Smith & Sons. We now regard all those that worked on our renovations as our friends.
