My introduction to Smith & Sons was the proposal of a complete bathroom renovation.  Travis and Karli were extremely professional in their organisation, design, quotes, and research; I left it all up to them!  The transformation was more than I could ever have dreamt!  From the marble floor-to-ceiling tiles, to the tub bath on a pedestal with brushed-brass fittings; it came together in a matter of weeks.  

So, it was a no-brainer that I book them to completely renovate my kitchen and lounge some months later.  Once again, they organised everything, and what a brilliant job they did!!

What I loved the most was the consistent communication; from the end-of-week email, to informing me of the plans for the coming week.  Travis never left me wondering when the tradies were coming, or if there were going to be delays.  Their work ethic, professionalism, and integrity is second to none!  I love my new home! Bring on the next project!
